Our client, based in Stirling is looking for a part- time Qualified
Bookkeeper to join their team. The successful candidate will have
existing experience in a similar role and the ability to demonstrate
being efficient and organised.
Part time - 20
hours
Duties
Ensuring SAGE is kept up to date and
records are accurate
Reconciling accounts monthly
Prepare
monthly financial statements using Excel / SAGE
Assisting with the
processing of supplier payments
Assisting in handling telephone
and email enquiries from clients
Providing accurate and helpful
information to other members of staff in a timely manner.
Requirements
SAGE Account Software knowledge/experience
Knowledge of using P and L (Profit and Loss) spreadsheets
Knowledge or Using Trial Balance spreadsheets
Experience with VT
Software
Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
Attention to detail, reliability, and good organisational skills are
essential Excellent
communication skills
A detail-focused
person who can demonstrate the ability to organise their work
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Willingness to be
a team player
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in
a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
Salary: 25,000-
28,000 pro-rata
