This role is the perfect opportunity for anyone looking to further their dental nursing career in a busy, progressive, and forward-thinking orthodontic practice.

Here are just some of the reasons we think you will want to come and work with us at Queensway Orthodontics:

  • GDC and Indemnity fees fully funded by the practice
  • Exceptional career opportunities with lots of flexibility – we have seen team members go on to be Orthodontic therapists, team leaders, managers and complete lots of training courses and qualifications – all supported and rewarded
  • In house CPD programme and access to online CPD platform for all your training needs

  • First practice in the UK to offset plastic used in our Invisalign cases
  • Unique partnership with Kidscape anti-bullying charity
  • Charming, witty and talented team
  • Amazing, all digital practices with lots of gadgets and cool stuff!
  • A nice hoodie and reusable coffee cup because the small things matter

Everyone says they are great though don’t they?

Don’t just take our word for it! Here is what some of our existing team members say:

"I've worked at QO for 3 years. I joined as a nurse and then moved into a compliance role. I love it. you never get two days the same." Caroline - Clinical Governance Coordinator.

"At Queensway there is always somebody on hand to help you with anything you need whether that is support from the leadership team or any training needs you have. Everybody is friendly and team work is important. No matter your role at Queensway everyone is made to feel important, supported and cared for" Amy – Orthodontic Nurse

By the way, our patients think we’re great too!

We have 1000+ five-star reviews!

AND we were voted best place to work in the North East in 2018.

So what is in it for me?

All the usual stuff, we think we run a relaxed, super safe and well organised practice but that should go without saying. We also know that our team need looking after so how does this sound:

  • Part of the Better health at work programme – making sure we are doing all we can to look after the health and wellbeing of the team
  • Perk box benefits – LOADS of discounts at all your favourite food, shopping and travel destinations as well as a free online GP services and mental health support
  • Life insurance (because well, you know)
  • Paid volunteering and study days
  • Personal finance training (we think you should know about pensions and mortgages and want to help our team make good decisions)
  • Paid time for cancer screening appointments
  • Additional annual leave for long service

OK, we will even put money in your account via a transparent pay scale that reflects skills and responsibilities, with fantastic career development opportunities (but we know that a great job is more than just money).
