Randstad are recruiting for a Qualified Social Worker to join Wirral Council's Review Team. This is a full time role, offering a fantastic pay rate of 28 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities:

• Cover a wide remit of reviews and reassessment across the Wirral, working with persons recently discharged from hospital and those residing in the community.
• Support with various adult social care projects and at risk care home and domiciliary providers.
• Collaborate with Wirral contracts & commissioning and quality improvement teams, adhering to outcomes focused and legal literate practices.
• Support with the latter service delivery, utilising assessment, and intervention skills, framed in legal literate practices.

Requirements:

• Social Work England Registered
• Enhanced DBS
• Social Work Degree or equivalent
