Our UK
facility is the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group,
performing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex
helicopter engine components.

with our broad, global customer base, providing both technical
expertise and broader support in both the fixed wing and rotary wing
markets.
What will I be doing?
Development and maintenance of a robust Quality
Improvement System
- As a member of the Quality team, you will
also develop a close working relationship with your respective
teams
- The position will involve substantial customer/supplier
interface including some limited travel to conduct audits and
visits
- Facilitate and coach in all areas of Quality processes
and improvement activities using Safran HE UK principles.

Contribute to Ensure Continuous Improvement skills are embedded within
the organisation
- Demonstrate corporate values and
behaviours
- Give Assurance that products and services meet the
requirements of customers, quality standards and airworthiness
authorities.
- Perform product and process audits, analyse
results and support the timely implementation of corrective
actions.
- Provide coaching and leadership on the use of
problem solving tools such as 8Ds.
- Provide training, coaching
and leadership on the QRQC system.
- Liaise with other SAFRAN
sites on all quality matters.
- Manage customer complaints and
provide coaching to ensure all complaints are closed out with timely
and effective actions.
- Assist with external audits.

Perform verification and validation activities in support of New
Product Introductions (NPI).
- Analyse Quality data and present
at management reviews.
- Participate in CI events

Manage and maintain quality records.

What do you need from me?
-
Relevant qualifications/experience within aerospace
disciplines.
- Experience of engine
disassembly/inspection/assembly processes advantageous.
-
Understanding of airworthiness standards and requirements.
- Be
able to communicate clearly at all levels within Safran
Group.
- Attendance of auditing/ part 145/ human factors & SMS
training courses
- Experience in aerospace processes and
procedures.
- Attainment of any quality related
qualifications.
- Excellent diagnostic/problem-solving skills &
ability to perform systematic analysis of written and numeric
data.
- PC literate and ability to use software tools

Interpretation of Technical Manuals and Instructions.
- Ability
to be able to clearly demonstrate achievement of set
objectives.
- Be able to communicate clearly at all levels
within Safran Group.
