Job title:              Quality Advisor

Salary:                  £40,000 - £45,000 DOE

Start Date:          Immediate

Location:            Fulham area

O’Neill and Brennan have an immediate requirement for a Quality advisor to work on a number of projects that are conveniently located quite closely. Our client is a leading housing developer who are looking for a quality advisor who is willing to visit sites to do quality trainings and briefings as well as to assure the quality of the work that it is underway.

To be considered for the role of Quality Advisor you must have relevant site tickets, a steady work history with good stints in each role and previous experience in quality advisor, manager or assurance within the construction industry.

As Quality Advisor, your responsibilities will include

• Conduct daily snagging inspections and oversee QA checklist submissions.
• Manage software security access, business devices, trades, workflows, and form templates.
• Manage various reports for Project Managers on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Conduct weekly QA and progress meetings with site managers to maintain quality standards.
• Lead on-site quality training and briefing sessions

The successful Quality Advisor candidate must have:

• CSCS and relevant tickets
• Previous experience in Quality Assurance roles within the construction industry (ideally residential)
• Able to commute between sites located in and around the Chelsea/Fulham area.
