Position: Quality Control Inspector

Location: Gloucester

Job Type: Permanent

Our client, a global manufacturing business are on the look out for a Quality Control Inspector!

Role and Responsibilities –

In this role, you will be inspecting incoming goods throughout the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards.

Other responsibilities include:

• Conduct visual and dimensional checks against set specifications and standards.
• Assist in the investigation and disposition of suspect/quarantined stock.
• Monitor the appropriate completion of paperwork in compliance with good documentation practices.
• Work closely with the Engineering and Technical Support to continuously improve process.

Experience or Qualifications –

• Previous experience in using measuring equipment to inspect engineering parts.
• A strong eye for detail
• Flexibility (shift work required)
• Level 2 in English and Maths
