Logistics People are looking for Quality Control Operatives to join our team.
Location: Crick
Working Hours:
- Monday – Friday 08:00 – 16:00 Fixed Shifts Available
Pay rate: £12.00 P/hr
Position: Quality Control Operatives
Logistics People are currently recruiting Quality Control Operatives to join our team in Northampton, based at our Great Bear site.
As a Quality Control Operative for Logistics People your role will consist of various duties including but not limited to:
- Responsible for day-to-day quality audit checks
- Issuing of technical documentation
- Performing and recording various product quality checks
- Carrying out of routine technical audits, including environmental swabbing, glass and plastics, weekly scales validation etc.
- Assisting into the investigation of NCR’s and capture the relevant information.
- Responsible for the positive release of materials as and when required.
- Attending departmental meetings
- Working with the site team in challenging operational procedures to maximise the site efficiency.
- Promoting best practise within the site for quality
- Undertaking such other duties as may be required from time to time, that reasonable fall within the scope and the grade of the post

- Able to work as a part of a team and be self-managed when necessary.
- Able to comply with Health and Safety policies on site.
- Ability to work accurately and methodically.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks.
