Quality & Control Co- Ordinator

Pembrook Resourcing are looking for a Quality& Control Co- Ordinator to join their client, a well renowned dealership within the area.

Quality and Control Co-Ordinator Requirements and Responsibilities

As a Vehicle Quality & Control Coordinator, your responsibilities will include the following:

Organising, planning, and compiling the daily output of the valeting and smart repair teams.

Providing a high level of Colleague and Manager engagement.

Supervising the standards of taking photographs for the website and advertising team.

Dealing with smart repairs making sure the quality standards are adhered and time scales are met.

Confidence to deal with difficult colleagues in an effective and professional manner ensuring that the outcome is always positive.

Continuously driving for Quality and targeted completion times.

Chasing progress and updating the management team between departments where necessary

Supporting the management team where necessary (working from either the Basildon or Southend location)

Highly organised with the ability to manage time effectively, working to deadlines within a busy office environment.

Full, clean UK Driving License
