Role Summary: The Quality Engineer will be instrumental in maintaining and elevating quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Collaborating closely with production teams, the successful candidate will implement quality control procedures, conduct inspections, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Conduct supplier quality assessments and audits.
• Perform inspections on aerospace components and assemblies.
• Analyse non-conformities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues.
• Lead root cause analysis and implement preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in quality engineering within the aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of quality standards and regulations (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
