Job Title: Quality Executive

Location: Must live on patch, this includes areas such as Bristol, Cornwall, Dorset, Devon, Gloucestershire, Somerset and Wiltshire , Bath, Bristol, Bournemouth, Cheltenham, Exeter, Gloucester, Plymouth and Swindon.

Contract Term: This is a 12-month Fixed Term contract position

Diageo draught cocktails are an innovative dispense solution that enables On Trade retailers to delight their guests and capitalise on the ever-growing cocktail trend. This fixed term contract role will be responsible for the technical installation of dispense equipment in on trade outlets , reactive repair of breakdowns and proactive development of existing stockists .  

As a Draught Cocktail Executive (DCE) your daily tasks and priorities will include :  

Installing draught cocktail dispense equipment on the bar and under counter in relevant sites.   Surveying potential draught cocktail outlet s through sales leads generated via the commercial teams.   Reactive repair of equipment raised through customer call to the contact centre .   Removing draught cocktail equipment from outlets that are under - performing.    Proactive calls to top 20% accounts to ensure equipment is functioning correctly and POS and pull through mechanics are in place to maximise sales.    Work closely with Free Trade sales team s in your area to identify prospect opportunities.   Manage the dispense equipment assets effectively.     Be the expert for the equipment in your area and help develop the commercial teams to be able to diagnose fault s and fix.  

Ideal experience/capabilities:    

  • C ustomer-facing experience in a manual, technical or  sales role.   

  • A bility to advise and influence customers both internal ly and external ly through product knowledge and market insight.  

  • Experience working in the hospitality industry would be advantageous  

  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ab ility t o multitask .
