To support the introduction of new and exciting automotive technology across our range of motorcycles, the Quality department is looking to bring in a talented, passionate, experienced, and driven Quality Team Leader, to support and lead our future models and components.

As a Quality Team Leader, the candidate will be involved leading a Quality Engineering Team in new model development from the early stages through to vehicle production. Managing the resource of teams who are working closely with our Design team and our tier 1 supplier base. You will also manage teams who are leading warranty investigations and problem solving.

You may have worked in Quality, Design, Production or Service Engineering role previously. Not only will you have a thorough technical understanding of your discipline, but you will also have had exposure to other production processes related to components. You will be eager to get involved and add value and looking for a varied and sometimes challenging career.
