Madisons Recruitment are looking for a freelance Quantity Surveyor for contracts across England & South East.
You will be joining a team on site contributing to the build of a RC Frame/Steel Frame Commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Forecasting
- Apps & certs
- Subcontract management
- Raising change requests
- Contract administration
- Evaluation of interim Applications
- Final account negotiation
- Commercial close out
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- HND/Degree
- JCT Contract experience
Benefits
- Weekly pay
- £350 - £450 per day depending on experience
