Full Job Description

Due to increased volumes of work due to commence this year, our client is excited to announce a further full time role for a Quantity Surveyor based in Cross Hands covering sites across South Wales and further.

Job roles include:

* Site Appraisals

* Contract Sum Analysis Splits

* Monthly Cost v Value Reporting

* Organising Services - Water & Electric, no requirement for gas.

* Procurement - Placing Material Orders & Sourcing Subcontractors

* Liaising daily with Site Managers / Contracts Manager

* Supplier's Purchase Invoice Approvals

* Weekly and Monthly Subcontractor Invoice Approvals

* Final Accounts for Subcontractor Packages

* Monthly Valuations with Funder Quantity Surveyors

* Monthly Updates on Section Agreements / Planning Trackers / Building Control / Structural Warranty

* Pricing Purchaser Extras - Liaise with Accounts to Invoice & Site to Action Extras

* Updating Drawing Racks on site to ensure Current Drawings are in use at all times.
