Full Job Description

My client is a market leader in multidisciplinary, specialist and innovative solutions across the marine, water, environmental infrastructure and energy sectors.

They are looking to hire aQuantity Surveyor to join their team. They have a healthy pipeline of work until 2027and can offer excellent career progression opportunities.

You'll be operating in the Environmental Agency/Flood Defence division of the business.

You will report to the Project Lead on site and as the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for all commercial and contractual matters on the site allocated to you and should be able to effectively manage an assistant surveyor to successfully deliver the project.

To be considered for this position you will need:

• An accredited degree or course by RICS, CIOB or ICES.
• Min 3-5 years' experience as assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in UK.
• Valid UK drivers licence.
• Experience in at least one of the following sectors: civil, marine, defence, flood risk management, water and utilities, energy, remediation and regeneration.
• You must have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor in the UK.
