Quantity Surveyor - Glazing
Circa 60k+ dependent on experience
Permanent - Full Time
Based in Kent/London/South East
We are currently working with a well-established Glazing & Construction Company who are seeking to recruit an experienced QUANTITY SURVEYOR to join their expanding workforce. The company expansion is due to continuous growth with contracts within Kent/London & the South East. This is an ideal opportunity to join a busy and profitable company who can offer long-term career prospects to the right candidate
The following requirements are essential for the role:
- Ideally, have a background knowledge of the glazing/faade industry
- Basic Construction industry knowledge
- Well versed in Excel and usual Microsoft Office programmes
- Ability to produce and maintain project applications, CSA's, cashflow forecasts
- Good knowledge of formal sub-contracts such as JCT, Major works etc
- Office based in Kent 5 days a week preferably
- Must be able to work methodically and in an organised manner to process projects accurately at pace
- Excellent IT skills required
- Must have a full, clean driving licence and own transport
- Extremely organised with strong time management skills
- Be able to work independently and to use their initiative
- Possess the ability to prioritise an ever changing to-do list
