Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame and Groundworks

London based projects (Zones 1 – 5)

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000

Day Rate: £330 - £440 per day (LTD)

About the company

Our client specialises in reinforced concrete frames, groundworks, and civil engineering. As a long established they pride themselves on their loyal client base with repeat business time and again. Our client has a strong coverage of projects around the UK with package values ranging from £5 million to £50 million covering the residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

About the role

Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is need for a degree qualified Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m - £50m.

As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment whilst developing future client relationships.

About the requirements

* This role is best suited to an experienced Quantity Surveyor with demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.

* Ideally be Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.

* 4+ years experience with a Civil or RC Frame and Groundwork contractor.
