Full Job Description

I am looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join a local authority in the North of Nottinghamshire. As part of the Property and Development team, the Quantity Surveyor will take responsibility for the delivery of Quantity Surveying services to a range of capital projects.

Responsibilities for the Quantity Surveyor:

• Deliver quantity surveying services for a number of capital projects
• Manage and respond to enquiries
• Procurement and management of contracts
• Deliver housing capital investment program

• Successful applicants for the Quantity Surveyor role will have
• Willingness to learn, adapt and problem solve
• Ability to take initiative
• Some experience or training in procurement or QS work
