Are you an established Quantity Surveyor looking for an exciting new opportunity? - Salary 60,000

The Company:

You will be working for a main contractor based in West Sussex, operating locally to the area. They work in multiple different sectors, from education and healthcare to commercial, residential and retrofit. This contractor prides themselves on their strong cultures and teamwork ethos. Being a smaller contractor, they can instil this close culture throughout the business.

The Role:

You will be undertaking multiple projects, between 3-4 at a time, therefore strong management and leadership skills will be crucial for this role. The projects undertaken will most likely be JCT forms of contract therefore experience in this area would be ideal. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be required to be involved in all stages of the projects including pre-contract and post-contract, along with liaising with clients. The role is based in the West Sussex area, with this company being a SME, there won't be a need to travel long distances as they are a local business.
