Full Job Description

The Role of the Quote Co-ordinator

Salary - 25-30k
Monday- Friday - 9am-17.30pm office based
Holidays: Annual entitlement 28 days including bank holidays
Pension: auto-enrolment subject to meeting eligibility criteria


Our co-ordination team are at the forefront, working closely with internal teams, customers and suppliers to achieve successful project delivery. The primary responsibility of this role will be managing client expectations, generating costings and submitting quotations to our Enterprise clients.

Responsibilities and Duties
o Processing incoming enquiries.
o Generating estimates/costs and submitting quotations that are accurate, timely and meet client requirements.
o Drawing take-offs, scaling and mark-ups.
o Managing the quote process from initial request to final submission.
o Maintaining records of all quotes and ensure they are up to date.
o Communication with internal teams, clients and suppliers
o Co-ordinate pre-order activities and administrative tasks related to the project.


Skills and Knowledge
o Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel & Outlook
o Highly proficient in numeracy
o Methodical with great attention to detail and accuracy
o Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication
o Strong organisational skills
o Able to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
o Ability to respond to change and apply lateral thinking.
o Self-motivator
