RC Frame Manager- Wimbledon
One of Lopndons leader developers requires an experience Site Manager with RC Frame expertise. You will play a key role on a scheme in excess of 200m acting as the go between between the RC Frame COntractor & the Developer.

The developer are willing to look at an individual from a main contractor or frame contractor's background.

Key Responsibilities
Arrange and manage on-site workforce and subcontractors
Coordinate with other senior site managers on material, plant, and labour
Liaise with Quantity Surveyors and Estimators on cost matters
Maintain compliance regarding health and safety records, and attend site safety meetings

What you'll need
SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS Card required
Previous Site Management experience for Tier 1 Main Contractor
Knowledge and experience in managing RC frame projects
Proven track record of successful delivery of large-scale residential projects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of health & safety policies and procedures
