Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our organization as a Records Management and Technology Information Governance Manager and contribute to the efficient and secure management of our organization's records and information assets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining an effective records management program and overseeing technology information governance practices within our organization.

Core Functions:
•    Develop and implement a comprehensive records management program:
•    Manage and enforce policies, procedures, and guidelines for the management of physical and electronic records and technology information.
•    Maintain and implement records classification and retention schedules to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
•    Oversee information governance practices:
•    Ensure compliance with relevant privacy and data protection laws, including data retention and data security requirements.
•    Work with Cyber Security and Legal to develop information governance policies and procedures to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information assets.
•    Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on records management and information governance principles.
•    Offer guidance and support to staff regarding proper records management practices and compliance requirements.
•    Work closely with IT teams to ensure the effective management including data minimization of electronic records and information systems.
•    Collaborate with legal, compliance, cyber and risk management departments to address legal and regulatory requirements related to records and information governance.

Skills/Experience Requirements:
•    Bachelor's degree in information management, library science, records management, or a related field or 10+ years of records management work experience required.
•    Proven experience in records management, information governance, or a similar role.
•    Strong understanding of records management principles, information governance frameworks, and relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
•   Familiarity with electronic records management systems and document management platforms.
•    Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
•    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
•    Ability to adapt quickly to change and work with ambiguity.
•   Multi-national experience a plus
•    Multiple language skills a plus

The expected salary for this position is $104,000 - 117,630 USD.  This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive award.
