Position: RF Design Engineer
Salary: up to 65,000
Location of Office: Bradford
Location of Work: Hybrid WFH Available
The Role: An exciting new role has now been created for a RF Engineer to join our clients growing engineering team in the Bradford area. The ideal RF Engineer will have strong industry experience, be happy to work onsite 60% of the time and be keen to work on the development of a range of new RF and Microwave based electronic products in a SME sized multi-disciplinary, team environment.
Skills and Experience Required:
- Excellent understanding of electrical circuit theory
- Experience in electromagnetic simulation of radio frequency structures
- Design of active and passive radio frequency circuits
- Working knowledge of printed circuit board schematic and layout design
This is a great opportunity for an experienced RF engineer to play a key role in the development of a range of new products. You will work closely with like-minded engineers and can expect plenty of variety in task work and technical challenges to get stuck in to. Their office is based in the Bradford area with onsite parking available and excellent train links, with plenty of opportunity to work from home (40% of the time) they are easily commutable via large parts of Yorkshire and the Northwest.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Physical realization and optimization of RF circuits and systems
- Previous experience in Commercial Telecoms or Defence industries
- Experience in synthesis and optimization of microwave filters
