JOB PURPOSE

Burberry is looking for a skilled Raw Material Sampling Administrator to join the team. Within this position you will support the RMM Sampling Procurement team with administration for their respective department, including managing shipments and shipping documents.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Administrative support to the RMM Sampling Procurement team including supporting with booking and prepping for meetings, shipping & ad hoc seasonal activities
  • Liaising with Raw Materials suppliers on shipments, tracking and monitoring deliveries to ensure they arrive on time
  • PO management- prototypes, showroom samples, excess stock, organising and recording all invoices
  • Sample /stock management
  • Organising, filing and archiving samples, swatches and raw materials
  • Supporting the RMM Sampling Procurement Team with PLM data entry
  • Supporting the RMM Sampling Procurement Team with liaising with Showroom team, Press Team, VIP team on deliveries of samples
  • Onboarding new suppliers
  • Managing and checking the RMs sustainable credentials in the system
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Strong attention to detail and data driven approach
  • Experience with large volumes of data entry, ensuring complete detail and accuracy
  • Speed in data entry
  • Demonstrated ability to operate at pace with flexibility, initiative and solution orientated 
  • Good communication skills, able to effectively share information with the team in a clear, concise way
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Computer skills: Excel, PLM, InDesign
