You must have a proven track record in the RV industry.

Apprentice RV Technicians earn a competitive hourly rate of $24-$30/hr DOE, depending on experience and training. In this position you will be working with a lead technician. They will be training you, you will be lending a helping hand to that technician.  This is on the job training, not school based learning. We also support and require 1.5 hours a week of classroom training with your peers. This is video based training as well as hands on labs.

You must have a High School Diploma. A Valid Washington State drivers license with a good/clean driving record!

Valid Washington state drivers license with excellent driving record

40 hours per week

Saturday Schedule - If you like to earn extra income, our Saturday crew earns a bonus for working every Saturday. They have every Sunday/Monday off. They still work the 40 hours.

Overtime available - if necessary. Not always. 

Own Tools - You must have your own tools.  This is non negotiable. We believe in teamwork and sharing, and in the same thought we believe having your own tools shows an investment not only in yourself, but in your future! If you are starting out, we do provide a list of the basic tools needed to start. See the list below. 



Duties will include:

Mechanical Aptitude - REQUIRED
Wiring 12V Automotive/RV Accessories - Required
110V RV Accessories - Solid understanding of household electrical.
Plumbing - Solid understanding of household plumbing
Carpentry - Solid understanding of household carpentry in general.
General Contractor Work - Varies.

Compensation: 24-30 DOE
