REAL ESTATE ASSOCIATE - 2-4 PQE - London/Hybrid - £££!

Regeneration, Residential Development & Housebuilder experience is essential.

Are you a UK qualified solicitor with 2-4 years PQE with a strong background in Housebuilder projects? Are you looking to join one of the largest and most highly regarded Real Estate Teams in the City of London?

Key responsibilities:-

• A minimum of 2 -4 years PQE in the UK within a reputable Real estate team and Housebuilder experience is essential to this role.
• You will have excellent knowledge and experience in land and planning, particularly related to house building and/development.
• Must be able to showcase a deep understanding of industry regulations and and advise on processes to ensure industry standards are met.
• You will be expected to manage your own caseload without the need for support and advise on a broad range of matters including advice on property and planning matters, particularly related to house building and/or development.
• Have proven track record of hitting your billing targets within a UK based law firm.
• Experience in Residential Development & housebuilder experience is essential.
• Background in commercial and real estate transactions.
• Must have experience in residential and regeneration development acquisitions and disposals.
• UK qualified lawyers only. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Excellent remuneration package on offer together with flex/hybrid of c3 days/week in the office. On offer is a basic salary of up to £88K DOE plus a bonus and benefits package.
