RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES:

• To provide an efficient and effective administration support.

• Handling sensitive and confidential information, including data entry.

• Phone operation dealing with telephone enquiries both inbound and outbound in a professional manner.

• Maintain and update manual and computerised records/management information systems

• Undertake word processing tasks.

• File/store/record data and information in line with procedures.

• Administering and processing enquiries, referrals, and other requests in line with procedures.

• Use of various IT systems. Including good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite

• Working flexibly as part of a team.

• Organising and supporting various meetings and greeting etc.


Requirements

Person Specification Requirements Candidates/post holders will be expected to demonstrate the following:

Essential Requirements

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade A*-C (9-4) are minimum requirements,
  • Skills & Abilities Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills   
  • Good time management skills 
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy. 
  • A willingness to and capability to adapt to the changing demands of the job. 
  • The initiative and enthusiasm to take part in all aspects of assisting with the operation of a busy office; ensuring that a high, professional standard of work is maintained in a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
