looking for a fast-paced and rewarding temporary role within the
NHS?
We are recruiting a temporary receptionist to join our clients team in Cambridge
About the Role:
In this busy role, you will be the first point of
contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient running of the
practice.
What you will do:
- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer phone calls, dealing with enquiries and taking appointments
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry
- Process paperwork and complete administrative tasks
- Provide general support to the wider reception team
What we are looking for:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload
- A positive and friendly attitude
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- IT literate (including Microsoft Office)
Working days 37.50 hours:
- Monday - Friday, 7am-3pm or 12pm-8pm
- Weekend shifts (12pm-8pm) may also be available, but not routinely
