Corporate Receptionist

Are you looking for temporary reception roles while studying or sporadic work between contracts? We have an exciting new corporate receptionist contract role in the Financial Services industry. Are you available immediately or with short notice? Our client, a Financial Advisory Firm, is in search of a highly motivated and organised receptionist with previous experience in corporate environments.

What you will do:

As an Corporate Receptionist you will be responsible for a range of duties. Answering telephone calls, switchboard operation and meeting guests, ensuring a welcoming environment and providing a high-level of client services. You will ensure that the meeting rooms are ready, fully stocked, and presentable for each meeting and that the office is always presentable.

What you will need:

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, administrative and interpersonal skills, as well as a keen eye for detail, good computer skills including MS Office Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Previous experience in an Corporate Receptionist role is essential, preferably within Financial or Professional Services.
