Full Job Description

Receptionist  - Teddington, SW London - 6 month fixed term contract- Salary up to £25,400 pro rata- Hours 9am - 5pm (Monday - Friday) A reputable organisation based in Teddington is looking for a Receptionist / Front of House for an initial 6 month fixed term contract. The role will be responsible for:- Meeting and greeting visitors to the building- Providing a high level of customer service- Handling of post and documentation / administration- Arranging of permits and contractors- Organising orders and services- Managing stationary levels and orders To be considered suitable you will need to have the following skills/experience:- Strong reception/front of house experience within either an office or hospitality environment- Excellent customer service skills along with strong communication skills- Good organisation skills- Based locally to Teddington
