Recruitment Consultant

Hybrid (1-2 days from home)

Central Edinburgh

£25,000-£35,000 Plus 25% commission

New hybrid opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to join a specialist manufacturing and food production recruitment business. You will focus on mid-senior level technical and engineering positions in a sector that continues to go from strength to strength. For you, this means working in a buoyant market where you can earn consistently good commission with a successful, supportive, specialist recruitment business.

• You will work with a team of 7 positive and professional recruiters from very modern offices in central Edinburgh.
• Opportunity to work on a hybrid basis (3-4 days (more if you like) in very smart offices in central Edinburgh).
• With an established presence in this space, you will have an abundance of opportunities to pursue with some of the most recognisable and well-loved brands within the Food, Drinks and FMCG Industries.
• Earn 25% commission working a broad range of roles such as multi-skilled engineers, engineering managers, maintenance engineers, NPD positions, H&S managers. Mid-senior level recruitment (£40k-100k level stuff) UK wide.
• They’re open-minded on experience too. You could be a recruiter ready to step up in to a senior consultant position and immediately get on the path toward Team Manager within a mere 18 months. Perhaps you’re interested in exploring a new, fast-moving and buoyant market? It may be that you’re already recruiting in to this sector but are keen to be part of something at a key point of their growth. It could be that you’re currently working directly in this industry in an account management or in a sales capacity. Regardless, this is an opportunity where you will be given the required training and support to move and to be successful.
