Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Consultant. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as new client & candidate recruitment, interviewing, and lead generation. This role will be based in Harlow but will offer flexibility for some remote work. Our team work 2-3 days in the office, hold client meetings and regularly meet candidates on and off site. We are a true family business looking for someone with a high energy and passion for recruitment to join our growing team.

Qualifications

• Experience in FMCG (other sectors will be considered) recruitment and consulting with a strong understanding of the recruitment process
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to interview and assess candidates for suitability
• Proven experience in recruitment
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience in FMCG recruitment is a plus
