Interaction Recruitment is the UK's fastest growing independent
recruiter with offices Nationwide. We operate within the Commercial,
Industrial, IT, HR, Engineering and Local Government sectors.
We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of our
team, based in Wath-Upon-Dearne.
As a vital role within the
recruitment process, successful candidates need to have a fine eye for
detail, a resilient and ambitious personality and fantastic work
ethic. Working as part of a team, the candidate will have to have
strong communication skills and hard working.
No recruitment
experience required - however, experience in dealing with the general
public in any of the service sectors (retail, call centre, etc) would
be desired.
The role consists of handling inbound and
outbound calls with future potential candidates, assessing whether
they are right for a role with the company. You will tele-screen the
candidates to make sure only suitable candidates are sent forward. It
will then be your responsibility to book people in for interview slots
and send out applications forms.

£11.44 per hour. Ongoing Temp, with the possibility
of permanent work reviewed after 3 months of good attendance and
quality of work.
Successful candidates need to be able to work
from Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
