RECRUITMENT PRACTICE DIRECTOR (ADVANCED ENGINEERING / LIFE SCIENCE)

So, we're offering a unique, equitable opportunity for the right professional to become part of the Senior Leadership Team, and work with the Sales Director to take our business into the next phase of growth and beyond!

We have both permanent and contract business units at Umbilical, and we’d be open to talking to professionals from within either recruitment discipline.

You must be able to evidence the following:


  • Track record of delivering growth in a recruitment business.
  • Success in developing employees and clients relationships.
  • Very high professional standards.
  • Commercial awareness - cost v value
  • Leadership skills
  • Strong self awareness
  • Experience and/or awareness of P/L and the actual cost of running a recruitment company.
