Full Job Description

Due to the continued success and growth of Oakmont Solutions and the bouyancy of the Construction Industry, we are recruiting for a Recuitment Managing Director.

Working from our office close to Cheshunt Train Station, we are also on the PSL of many of Europe's largest Contractors and consistently have many roles available to work.

Job Purpose: To lead, direct and develop this specialist services business ensuring the highest standards of service are achieved by the team whilst delivering profitable growth.

Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to your sales team to ensure they have the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed. This might include product/service training, sales techniques, market insights, and access to relevant resources.

Target Setting: Establish clear revenue targets for the sales team to work towards. These targets should be ambitious yet achievable, motivating the team to perform at their best. Break down the targets into specific goals for acquiring new testing and repair works.

Lead Generation: Implement robust lead generation strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities. This might involve a combination of outbound prospecting, networking events, partnerships, and digital marketing initiatives to reach potential clients.

Customer Relationship Management: Emphasize the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Encourage regular customer-facing interactions to understand their needs, address any issues promptly, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Market Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify areas for growth and adapt your sales approach accordingly.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Implement systems to track the performance of your sales team against targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly review progress, identify areas for improvement, and make necessary adjustments to optimize performance.

Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the sales team. Encourage feedback, provide opportunities for professional development, and celebrate successes to maintain motivation and morale.
