Position Overview: As a Recruitment Resourcer, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment consultants in sourcing, screening, and managing candidates. This is a part-time position, offering remote work flexibility, perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience while balancing other commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates using various online platforms and databases
• Screen CVs and conduct initial phone screenings
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update our database
• Assist with administrative tasks related to recruitment processes

Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred but not essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with recruitment software is a plus
