Registered Care Manager

Full Job Description

I am working with an established Domiciliary Care provider who are looking to recruit an experienced Registered Manager to manage their service in Halifax. The company Director is an excellent employer, extremely passionate about the service and happiness of everyone within the business!
 
What’s on offer:
•              £38,000-£40,000.
•              33 days annual leave.
•         Lucrative bonus scheme.
•              Continual support from the Director and Regional Support.
 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:
•              To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
•              To continually work on growing the service.
•              To maintain the company’s relationships with local commissioners.
•              To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
•              To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
•              To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards.

Registered Manager Requirements:
•              Must have a minimum of 2 years’ Registered Manager experience.
•              Must be working toward/achieved a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
•              Must have a UK Driving Licence.
