Registered Children's Home Manager - *UP TO £65K SALARY

Daytime Healthcare are working with a new start up company in Erith! This is a great opportunity for energetic and creative candidates to be part of the creation of a new service, that offers progression opportunities!

As a Registered Manager you will:

• Be responsible for managing and overseeeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest quality of care and support.
• Working closely with the leadership team to drive successful registration with Ofsted, including significant input into recruitment, systems, and policies & procedures.
• Provide leadership and supervision to your team.
• Develop and implement high quality care plans and risk assessments to keep our children safe and happy.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Local Authority requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

• Significant experience of working within a similar setting and managing ofsted inspections with knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
• Passion and commitment to making a positive difference to the lives of young people.
• Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage and train a team, providing support as needed.
• Ideally hold a full UK driving license.
• Resilient and strong communicator with excellent communication skiills.
• Proactive approach with ideas for continual improvements in all areas.

Qualifications:

• Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent or a full commitment to complete the qualification (financial support will be provided for this).
