Position - Casework Co-Ordinator
Employment type - Permanent
Location - Exeter
Salary - GBP24,500 p.a.
Hours - 37.5 per
week, Monday to Friday; On-call (on rostered basis), GBP100/week when
on-call. 9am to 5pm

About the role - As a Casework Co-Ordinator you will
manage referrals and support clients to maintain accommodation. Duties
include assistance with clients person finances and reaching out to
external agencies to ensure the client is fully supported. Give
emotional support that takes a strength based and trauma-informed
approached and track outcomes when clients leave the service.
Qualifications and Experience required - You will need a driving
license and access to a car for business use. Understanding of the
causes of homelessness and people with complex social needs.
