My client is looking for an experienced Registered Manager in a 3 bedded stunning home for young people with EBD

Salary: £50k + Annual Bonus
Location Halesowen
Reports Responsible Individual / Director of Operations
Job Purpose:
The post holder will
be based at our three-bed in Halesowen. The young people in the care
of the organisation will have a variety of emotional and behavioral
difficulties for which they will need varying levels of support. To
provide the required support, it is the responsibility of the manager
to ensure the is staffed effectively and they may be required to
provide support out of hours.
At all times, the post holder is expected to conduct themselves professionally, work within the current legislative framework and adhere to the Policies and Procedures.
Responsibilities/Duties:
To be a Registered Manager
responsible for the maintenance of registration standards as laid down
in the Children’s Regulations and Care Standards 2015 and as regulated
by OFSTED.
Promote and maintain quality service in line with statutory requirements and Local Authority guidelines and ensure that all staff are familiar with and adhere to these requirements and guidelines.
Actively promote and maintain a close working
partnership with parents/carers and other significant people in the
lives of young people, to promote their best interests.
Be
responsible for all aspects of day-to-day management of the home.
Ensure that Health and Safety legislation and Development Guidelines
are met within the environment of the home.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years residential residential EBD homes childcare
experience
QCF level 5 in Health & Social Care
