Job Title:  Registered Manager (Domiciliary)

Salary:   £37k - £39k (dependent on experience)  + £75 On Call Per weekend

On-Call rota: The Registered Manager has to be on call at least one weekend which is mandatory and occasionally second weekend on call to cover.

Location: Leicester

  Techcited Ltd, a leading recruitment firm specialising in the healthcare sector, is currently seeking a Registered Manager / Care Manager / Deputy Manager to join our client's esteemed care business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with administrators, coordinators, and directors to ensure the smooth running of the domiciliary care service.
• Lead, motivate, and support the care team to provide compassionate and high-quality care services.
• Ensure compliance with care standards, CQC regulations, and relevant legislation.
• Manage employee recruitment, training, and retention efforts to maintain a skilled workforce.
• Act as a role model for staff, promoting the highest standards of care provision and adherence to company values.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the branch in alignment with organizational goals.
• Maintain awareness of Key Performance Indicators to drive continuous improvement and success.

Requirements:

• Minimum Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it.
• Demonstrable experience in domiciliary care and/or care management.
• Strong working knowledge of care standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Proven experience in managing teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for delivering high-quality care services.
• Holds a valid driving license and has access to own vehicle.
