We are seeking a visionary Registered Manager to lead a fostering service in Birmingham. In this pivotal role, you'll ensure exceptional care for vulnerable children while driving the agency's growth and success.
What You'll Do:

• Champion Quality: Provide strategic leadership and ensure the fostering service meets the highest standards (National Minimum Standards, Ofsted regulations).
• Empower Your Team: Lead, motivate, and support a team of social workers dedicated to fostering excellence.
• Safeguard Children: Champion robust safeguarding practices and ensure prompt responses to referrals and assessments.
• Develop Fostering Expertise: Take the lead in recruiting, training, and retaining exceptional foster carers.
• Build Strong Relationships: Foster positive collaboration with local authorities and stakeholders.
• Drive Growth: Lead the planning and execution of strategies to secure future business and expand the agency.
• Inspire Innovation: Create a culture of continuous improvement and empower children to reach their full potential.

Who You Are:

• A qualified social worker with SWE registration and extensive fostering experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills, ideally within an independent fostering agency.
• A strong track record of leading services through Ofsted inspections successfully.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and budget management skills.
• A commitment to fostering excellence, safeguarding, and professional development.
