Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people? We're on the hunt for a Registered Manager to join a dedicated Children's Home based in Gidea Park, London. Our client is a well-established organisation that has been providing exceptional care and support to children and young people in their local communities for over a decade.
This full-time, permanent role offers an attractive salary of up to £67,000 per annum. You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to the welfare of children and young people, and work within a supportive and nurturing environment. As a Registered Manager, you'll be expected to:
Show passion and commitment to excellent care and quality in both service delivery and outcomes for young people
Successfully register with Ofsted and ensure compliance with all regulations and standards
Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
Manage resources effectively, including staff, to optimise service delivery
Communicate excellently with all internal and external stakeholders
Manage financial performance effectively and meet agreed targets
Develop the staff team’s understanding of safeguarding and child protection practicesPackage and Benefits:

Hold a relevant management qualification and other qualifications as required by Ofsted regulations
Have a thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and Ofsted regulation
Have a background working in Children's Homes
Currently or previously hold a registration with Ofsted as a Registered Manager
Have exceptional leadership and management skills
Have a Level 5 Qualification in Health and Social CareIf you've previously held roles such as Care Home Manager, Children's Home Manager, Residential Care Manager, Ofsted Registered Manager, or Health and Social Care Manager, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
