Full Job Description

I am proud to be working with an established and successful Domiciliary Care provider in Bradford. They are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to join their long standing team.

What’s on offer?:

£37,000-£40,000.
33 days annual leave (25 + bank holidays).
Minimal on call- NO expectation to provide care.
Yearly salary increases. 
Registered Manager Responsibilities:

To have overall responsibility for the operational and care delivery functions of the service, reporting to the Director.
To maintain the relationships built with stakeholders.
To continually work toward growing the service.
To manage the service’s compliance.
To manage clients’ care packages and to be responsible for ensuring high standards for their ongoing care.
To manage the development and retention of all care staff.
To have a working understanding of the Care Act and CQC’s Essential Standards. 
Registered Manager Requirements:

Must have a minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager within a Domiciliary/Residential/Supported Living setting.
Must have achieved or be actively working toward a Level 5 NVQ in Health and Social Care.
Must be a driver.
