Registered Nurse (Day) -
Hours Per Week: 44 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £22.80 to £ 24.00
Location: Wimbledon,
London
We are currently seeking
a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Client's
award-winning nursing home in Wimbledon, London. As a Registered
Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our
residents during night shifts.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide
high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort and
well-being.
- Administer medications and treatments as
prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Monitor and
record residents' conditions and report any changes to the clinical
team.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to
create individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate
resident records and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality
and professionalism.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
- Qualification as an RGN or RMN.
- Valid NMC registration or awaiting for one.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a care home
setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach to
patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and
independently.
