As a
Registered Nurse (RGN), your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the highest standard of care,
welfare, and safety for all residents
- Conducting
assessments and evaluations
- Developing and updating
person-centered care plans
- Collaborating with external
regulatory bodies and agencies
- Ensuring compliance with
all statutory requirements related to documentation, record-keeping,
and health and safety
- Mentoring and guiding junior team
members
- Undertaking delegated duties as assigned by the
Home Manager
Requirements
Requirements for the Registered Nurse (RGN) Role:
- Registered Nurse
Qualification (RGN)
- Active NMC PIN or awaiting NMC PIN
approval
- Clear DBS record
