Senior Regulatory Specialist - Biocides - Hybrid/Remote
Are you a Senior Regulatory Specialist / Regulatory Affairs Manager who would you like to work with a fast-growing business with lots of technical development planned for the next 3 years?? The role of Senior Regulatory Specialist offers you the chance to work with a globally recognised business with a strong client base who are even having to currently turn down work! The successful Senior Regulatory Specialist will have the chance to be a department head and also work on a hybrid / remote basis.
Responsibilities; but not limited to
- Implementing and leading regulatory projects (UK & EU Biocidal Product Regulation)
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, to high standards within budget.
- Validating products in compliance with the relevant national / regional rules
- Work with international partners to maintain the regulatory compliance of registered products.
- Leading project teams working on biocides on a global level.
- Developing regulatory strategies for the company and clients when required.
- Communication with European and International agencies
- Further development of biocide and cosmetics regulations
- Working on REACH registrations
- Working closely with NPD, commercial and technical teams in the business
Requirements:
- Experience in a chemical regulatory or technologist role
- Knowledge of Biocidal, GHS/CLP, detergents or cosmetics regulations.
- Experience of researching and keeping up to date with regulatory changes
- SDS authoring experience is desirable.
- Leadership qualities or previous management experience would be highly desirable.
- Science based degree
