You will be working in a fantastic team of 10 interacting with claims and underwriting professionals across a variety of classes of business such as Casualty, Property and Specialty.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Assist in the identification of trends, KPIs, feedback, and insights from the International Claims portfolio to key internal stakeholders including Underwriting and Reserving.
  • Provide support to the International Senior Data Analyst in projects to increase the operational capabilities of the International Claims Teams, including the implementation of Automation including B2B messaging with clients and brokers and London Market Messaging.
  • Contribute to process enhancement initiatives supporting cross-department reinsurance functions.
  • Production and enhancement of Management information to support the International Reinsurance division.  Provide support to business-critical activities such as the Solvency II process and implementation of cross-departmental goals.

Qualifications, Education & Experience:

  • Capable of working as part of a broader integrated cross functional team.
  • Strong numerical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communicator
  • Engagement in continuous personal and professional development activities including but not limited to undertaking relevant exams (e.g ACII, CILA, etc).

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies: 

  • A highly analytical and inquisitive individual with excellent data manipulation and presentation skills.
  • A strong eye for detail and the ability to assimilate complex information and ascertain what is noteworthy to various stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a willingness to get stuck in to the detail where appropriate.
