Release Train Engineer

Precision Resources, a division of the Trimarc Group Inc., is currently searching for SAFe Release Train Engineer for a permanent position for one of our Birmingham clients. The qualified individual will have expertise in configuring Azure DevOps Boards, Agile Release Trains (ART), and Team-level work aiding in the process of releasing services in an iterative and incremental manner.    This is a servant leader with experience in training stakeholders, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and Agile Teams responsible for orchestrating and optimizing the ART to deliver value seamlessly. This role combines a deep understanding of SAFe principles, Azure DevOps Boards configuration, and training expertise to drive collaboration, transparency, and efficiency at the Portfolio, ART, and Team levels.

This position requires working onsite at the client location in either Birmingham, AL or Winston-Salem, NC areas.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• SAFe RTE certification.
• Proven experience as a Release Train Engineer in a SAFe environment.
• Expertise in configuring and customizing Azure DevOps Boards for Portfolio, ART.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with agile, lean and SAFe principles.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in training and mentoring stakeholders, POs, SMs, and Agile Teams.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Must have a US Citizenship or Green Card.
• Ability to work onsite.
