Removals Pricing Coordinator

Full Job Description

Our client, a top provider of international moving services is seeking a Removals Pricing Coordinator to join their team based in London.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the pricing processes.

This role will involve working closely with the removal company management team and collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Accept all removal bookings on a same-day basis.
• File all rates accurately and promptly.
• Ensure margin and cost control.
• Appoint correct agents for relevant bookings.
• Obtain move-specific rates for each job.
• Actively contribute to the company quoting/booking system.
• Identify, report, and act on trends to increase removal booking levels, conversion ratio, and margin levels.
• Collaborate with the removals pricing team colleagues to complete timely and accurate responses.
• Benchmark agents' rates and secure account-specific prices.
• Maintain and update the removals company library of supply chain pricing schedules.
• Benchmark vendors.
• Regularly update and notify removal company staff of changes.

Requirements:

• Previous experience within an International Moving/Removals company or similar industry is preferred but not essential.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
