Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual? We are seeking a talented Representative to join the an amazing team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and building lasting client relationships.

Pay: 32k - 35k

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maximise sales and margin for the Company.
• Manage all customer accounts assigned to you, co-ordinating a profitable and professional working relationship between Company and customer.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face to face contact.
• Work with manufacturers to maximise sales, coverage and profit potential.
• Support Branch Management to achieve the objectives of the Branch.

The Role:

• Develop product knowledge by attending supplier training roadshows and any in house product training.
• Ensure customers receive prompt, efficient and polite service at all times.
• Promote the Company image by maintaining an appropriate level of appearance relevant to your job.
• Ensure your vehicle meets the same level of presentation.
• Adopt a flexible working approach and assist Management with any reasonable overtime requests.
• Attend and participate in all branch/departmental meetings.
• Fully co-operate with and support all rotational and period stocktaking.
• Ensure the safety of yourself, customers and colleagues by complying with Health and Safety

requirements at all times.

• Assist with all aspects of branch security.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by Management to aid in the efficient and profitable trading of your branch.

Preferred Requirements:

• Clean driving licence
• Experience in a merchanting sales environment
• Technical ability to take-off quantities from plans
• Any industry recognised training/certification
